The Land of Fire and Ice...

My wife, Alison, and I recently returned from Iceland. It was an amazing experience, cold, windy, snowy, rainy, and foggy (much like home in the winter). The landscape is surreal, and Reykjavik is an amazing little city. We hope to return someday and spend more time in the vast Icelandic countryside. This was not a photography trip; the purpose was simply to spend time with my wife and celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary as well as my birthday. I made a promise to my wife that I would not spend too much time behind a camera. I only shot 4 rolls of film, 2 rolls of HP5 and 2 rolls of Ektar 100 in 35mm format. Here I will post some images that we took with our digital point and shoot. My wife took many very good photos. I have sent the film to the lab and hope to receive my scans in about a week. I will post those as soon as I can. In the mean time, I hope you enjoy these...
